How can I access information about my reservation through VRBO?
You can access your reservation details, including the host's contact information, cancellation policy, property's address, safety features, and access information, via your VRBO account on their website or mobile app.
When will I receive information about accessing the property?
Door code/access information is typically available about 3 days before check-in. If you haven’t received information close to your check-in date, please contact your host via your VRBO account.
How does VRBO's refund process work?
Your refund is based on the property's cancellation policy. If you're eligible for a 100% refund, the service fee will be refunded automatically when the cancellation is confirmed, and refunds take up to 5 days to appear in your account.
How can I get a refund for travel protection products?
If you purchased damage protection or travel insurance and your trip was canceled, please contact Generali Travel Protection directly for a refund of either plan. Contact information for CSA/Generali is in the email you received from them after purchasing one of their plans.
When is the property's address released to guests?
Property addresses are automatically released to guests 30 days before check-in on all confirmed bookings. If check-in is more than 30 days away, a countdown appears in the traveler’s account, notifying them when the booking address is available.
